North Haven Hospice is committed to supporting the development of knowledge, skills and confidence for all those caring for people with a terminal illness or life-limiting condition. Assessment and management of pain and other symptoms are the cornerstones of effective, palliative care.
In addition to the Hospice NZ courses below, we offer targeted education for health care workers. This is holistic in approach and designed to be interactive, inclusive and collaborative. We are happy to discuss individual needs and also work with you to design a programme for your organisation. Please contact our Specialist Palliative Care Nurse Educator at education@northhavenhospice.org.nz or 09 437 3355.
